Done shopping? Review your cart to make sure everything is correct, then click 'Place order'. Fill in all required fields (marked with *) and accept the terms and conditions to complete your order.

We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day (unless stated otherwise).
  • Delivery within the Netherlands via PostNL typically takes 1-2 business days. In some cases this may take 3 or 4 business days.
  • During busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, delivery times may be longer. Unfortunately this is outside our control.

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your PostNL tracking number. Enter this in the PostNL app to easily track your parcel.

First check your PostNL app or the tracking link you received by email. PostNL no longer leaves notes to indicate that a parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or a pick-up point. If you can't find any information, please contact us. We will then open an investigation with PostNL, which can take a few days to a week or more.

Shipping & returns


For deliveries within the Netherlands we charge the following rates:

  • Letterbox parcel: €4.25
  • Standard parcel: €6.95
  • Insured parcel up to €100: €8.95
  • Insured parcel up to €250: €10.95

On orders of €60 or more we ship for free within the Netherlands (standard shipping).

Not entirely happy with your order? You have up to 14 days after receiving it to return it. Check our return policy page for all the details.

Great that you love our products as much as we do! Unfortunately this is not something we can offer. We have spent years building relationships with our suppliers and that is not something we share.

We get this question regularly, both by email and at events. Our answer is short and simple: no. If we did this, the shop would no longer exist. You are of course always welcome to place an order and use it for an unboxing or promotion!
