Payment
Done shopping? Review your cart, make sure everything is correct and click 'Place order'. Fill in all required fields and accept the terms and conditions to complete your order.
After checkout you will be redirected via a secure connection to your bank to complete the payment. You will then automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

These rates apply to deliveries within the Netherlands only.

Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.
Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Vatican City, Switzerland.
Delivery times
- Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, unless stated otherwise.
- Sundays and public holidays are not business days. No orders are processed or shipped on these days. This also applies to days when we are attending an event or convention.

Pick up at a convention
Would you like to pick up your order at a convention? Simply select "Pick up @ [convention name]" in your shopping cart. Your order must be paid in full in advance. Please bring your order number and name when collecting your order.
Delivery issues
Delivery problems are rare, but if something goes wrong we are happy to help you sort it out.
First check the tracking via your PostNL app or the tracking link in your order confirmation. PostNL no longer leaves notes to indicate that a parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or a PostNL pick-up point. If you cannot find any information, please contact us and we will open an investigation with PostNL. This process can take a few days to a week or more.
If a parcel is not collected within 7 days, PostNL automatically returns it to us. If you still want to receive your order, you will need to pay the shipping costs again (approx. €4.25 for a letterbox parcel or €6.95 for a standard parcel). If you no longer want the order, we will refund the amount paid minus the return costs of €6.95.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can still update the address. If it has already been dispatched, we will need to wait for it to be returned to us. If the products are still in stock, we will reship your order to the correct address as quickly as possible.

- First view when opening the box
- The damage or missing item
Without these photos we are unfortunately unable to process a claim. Once received, we will help you as quickly as possible.
