Not happy with your order? No problem. We explain exactly how our returns process works below.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including original shipping costs.
The only costs you are responsible for are the return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. Please check your carrier's website for exact rates.
Return conditions
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
How to register a return
Send an email to info@nipponkawaii.nl to register your return.
Return the product well packaged within 14 days of your cancellation.
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.
