We care about our products and do our best to deliver everything in perfect condition. If something does go wrong, we are here to help.
Warranty
We take pride in our products and do everything we can to deliver them in perfect condition. However, it can occasionally happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else entitles you to a warranty claim.
By law, you are required to notify us of any defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Complaints
Things don't always go according to plan, and that's okay. We encourage you to first raise any complaints directly with us by emailing info@nipponkawaii.nl.
