GPSR informationSince December 13, 2024, all products in the EU must comply with extra strict regulations. All this information is clearly indicated for each product.

How can I place an order?
Finished shopping? Check your shopping cart to make sure everything is correct and click the "Order" button in the bottom right corner. To complete your order, you must fill in some fields marked with an *. Then, follow the steps to complete your order. You must also check the terms and conditions before continuing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise stated).
PostNL mailbox and parcel post within the Netherlands: approximately 1-2 business days. You'll generally receive your order from PostNL within 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes it can take 3 or 4 business days. During busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays, delivery times may also be longer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from us with your PostNL tracking number. Enter this in your PostNL app and you can easily track your package.
Help! I didn't receive my order!
First, check your PostNL app or the tracking number you received in your email. You might find more information there. PostNL no longer uses notes to indicate that the package may have been delivered to a neighbor or a nearby PostNL point. If this doesn't help, please contact us. We will then contact PostNL and initiate an investigation into the missing package. This investigation can take a few days, sometimes a week or longer.

What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands we charge the following rates:
- Letterbox parcel: €4.25
- Standard parcel post: €6.95
- Parcel post insured up to €100: €8.95
- Parcel post insured up to €250: €10.95
For orders over €60 we ship your package for free within the Netherlands (standard shipping)
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. We ship almost worldwide. Check our delivery page for all rates.

What is your return policy?
If your order isn't quite to your liking, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it. Check our returns policy page for full details.
How can I register a return?
Returning an order, either in whole or in part, is no problem. However, we do ask that you let us know beforehand. Return shipping costs to Nippon Kawaii are always the responsibility of the customer. Check our returns policy page for complete details.
What if there is a problem with my order at the time of delivery?
Problems are never fun. If there's a problem with your order during delivery, please send us a message as soon as possible. We'll help you as quickly as possible. Also check our returns policy page for complete details.

You have so many cute kawaii items. Can I also buy from you for my shop to sell?
We're glad you find our products as kawaii and amazing as we do. But unfortunately, we can't do that. We've worked hard for years to find all the great suppliers, and of course, we're not going to give that away just like that ;).
I'm a social media influencer. Can you send me a nice package in exchange for promotion?
We get this question quite often, both in emails and at trade shows. Unfortunately, we only have one short and sweet answer: No, unfortunately not. If we did this, the shop would no longer exist. Unfortunately, we can't give away freebies. You can, of course, always place a nice order and use it for an unboxing or promotion ;).
