Cancel your order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the parcel. Once we receive it in good condition, we will refund you within 14 days.

Has your order already been dispatched? Then cancellation is no longer possible - the parcel is already on its way and cannot be recalled. You may refuse delivery or submit a return request via our returns policy.

Has the statutory 14-day withdrawal period after delivery already passed? Unfortunately we can no longer accept a cancellation or return.

Return shipping costs (approx. €7.25) are always at your own expense. Please see our returns policy for full details.
